We are excited that you've scheduled your party at Imagine Children's Museum! So your party will be a great experience for everyone, please carefully read the the "What to Expect" items that follow:

• Your guests will want to be in on every minute of the fun, so please help make sure they arrive on time. All parties begin and end promptly in the birthday rooms. Please remember that you will have access to the birthday party room only when your scheduled time begins and until it ends.
• Museum admission begins at the time specified on the "What to Expect" form unless otherwise noted on the birthday registration sheet.
• If you plan to decorate, please use the tables only. Do not tack or tape decorations to the walls and/or ceilings. NO Pinatas and confetti.
• Plan to enjoy your goodies and open gifts during your time in the party room.
• Each of our party rooms accommodates up to 20 people (adults and children combined). If using both rooms you may have up to 40 people (adults and children combined). One adult for every six children is required at all times during your visit.
• Memberships do not apply toward birthday party admissions. Payment for additional children is expected the day of the party.
• If you bring goodie bags with candy for your little guests, please plan to hand them out as the guests depart. Sticky fingers don't mix well with the exhibits.
• Museum staff will be available to assist you at any time during your party. Since this is your special time, we try to remain in the background but are always available when you need us. We would love to share a little information with anyone interested or that may be visiting for the first time.
• In the event you need to make an emergency cancellation, we make every attempt to reschedule your party. Museum parties are non-refundable.
