Make all kinds of icky, squishy, ooey, gooey dough from edibleto non-edible. Be a scientist and a chef all at the same time. You will have lots of creations to take home.
Lets Talk Trash

Learn how to reduce, reuse and recycle in a super fun way. Turn trash into treasure. Take a look at the part we play in the ecosystem as well as our carbon foot print while having fun and playing games. Make recycled art, jewelry and an eco-bag.
Under the Sea in an Octopuss Garden
Tuesday, August 17 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Discover the wonders of the world under water. Learn about creatures great and small who call the ocean home. Make a floating friend, try fishing and create sea-sational crafts.

Moon Madness
Wednesday, August 4 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Travel into space, taking a quick tour of our solar system, but really the focus here is our magnificent moon! Create your own moon map and learn about each moon phase. What are waxing and waning cycles? Sit inside a homemade planetarium to view the constellations and our neighbor, the moon.
Art in 3-D
Thursday, August 5 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Find out the difference between 2D and 3D art, make a
robot out of recycled materials and go across the street to an art gallery. Bring your walking shoes because we will also do a sculpture tour scavenger hunt in downtown Everett!
Animals Among Us
Tuesday, August 17 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
There are amazing and unique animals in our region. This camp will take time to explore some of them. Learn how eagles stalk their prey and about the life cycle of salmon and other local marine life. Dissect an owl pellet and try to identify animal pelts!

The Case of the Galactic Vacation: A Series on Space Adventures!
Tues., August 10; Wed., August 11; and/or Thurs., August 12
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m
August 10 - Tour the Solar System: Start your space adventure by visiting each planet to learn how they are unique. Dress up like each one to help you remember their name and place in the solar system. In realizing how far apart they are, we will learn more about measuring distance in space and what it might be like to be an astronaut.
August 11 - Neighborhood Mars Watch: Earth and Mars are as different as they are the same. Do an experiment to understand why Mars is a reddish color and design a mission to the red planet determining who should go and why. Plus, design your very own extra-terrestrial character.
August 12 - Stars & Galaxies: Create mini galaxies to learn the three basic shapes of a galaxy. Make your own star gazer, and as a class we will be making our very own planetarium! Come to camp and view our constellations.
