In the Puget Sound Ecosystem Gallery kids become marine ecologists by exploring the shallow sound intertidal aquarium, biome sand table, and real whale bones from gray whales that pass through local waters on their annual migration. This area creates opportunities for personal meaningful connections to the local environment, leading young people to embrace the values of environmental stewardship and conservation.
