Sensory Time
Sensory Time is a special Sunday program for families with children on the autism spectrum, children with sensory processing disorders and children with other special needs. During Sensory Time, Imagine Children’s Museum provides these families exclusive access to the North side of the Museum between 9 – 11 a.m.

• Sound-reducing earmuffs, sunglasses and sensory balls available.
• Enjoy a safe and understanding environment.
• Play during a quieter, less crowded time.
Imagine reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Sensory Time due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

These social stories for diverse learners were created by Imagine Children’s Museum in collaboration with Melissa Armstrong, M.Ed., BCBA, with feedback from families, Museum staff, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists.
