Frequently Asked Questions:
What if more guests arrive than my party includes?
Museum only admissions can be purchased for any additional guests going over your party maximum head count for a discounted fee. Guests cannot rotate in and out of the Celebrations area without being added to the headcount.
What is the role of Imagine Children’s Museum?
You will have a Museum staff assistant coordinator as a contact point person during your event who can lend a hand and will lead clean-up.
Can I bring my own food?
You may bring in what food you would like, please be aware that all food should be delivered or brought in ready to serve as no prep or refrigeration space is available. Non-alcoholic beverages only, (we suggest single use individual drinks).
Can I get my daytime Celebration table early?
We can store daytime party items prior to the start of your event. You will need to take your items with you when your Celebration time is completed. After-hours hosts can enter 15 min prior to their event with the exception of the 5 p.m. start time booking, there is no storing of party supplies prior to for after-hours events.
Can I extend my Celebration time?
The Celebrations Table time concludes at the 90-minute mark, and additional time is not available. After hours Celebrations are 2 hours with extensions available to purchase in advance. All Celebration time includes set-up and clean-up. Please check in for daytime at the front desk, and after-hours guests will use the Wall Street entrance.
Where do we go when we arrive?
The Daytime Celebrations Tables are located at the third floor eating area. The After-hours is located in the lower-level commons area. No food or drinks are allowed on the main museum floor.
Are we allowed to bring entertainers to our party?
Outside vendors, characters, face painters, or other entertainers are not allowed to participate in daytime celebration events. Items NOT allowed for all Celebrations events include, but not limited to, confetti, silly string, glitter, pinatas, or wall decorations.

What size are the Party Tables?
Our tables are 6ft and include stool seating. A smaller table will also be available to hold your supplies, in each Celebrations area.
