Preschool Explorers

An adult/child play-based program that incorporates music, movement, language, science and art. Have FUN while preparing your child for Kindergarten. 

Time:  9:30 – 10:30 a.m. OR 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Held once per week for one hour
Ages:  3-4 years* (*Chronological age applies)
Cost:  Members: $65 per adult-child pair per monthly series
Non-members: $85 per adult-child pair per monthly series

April Series
April 5, 12, 19 and 26 (9:30 a.m. session only)
April’s theme is spring! Every week will focus on a different element of the season. We will talk about life cycles, look at real honeycombs, and dissect flowers.

May Series
May 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31
In May, our classroom becomes our campsite as we make our own camping supplies! We also use an outdoor theme in our math, science and language activities.

June Series
June 7, 14, 21 and 28
This June we will focus on summer! We will make art with bubbles, talk about the beach and creatures we see there, and learn that the summer solstice is the longest day of the year and the sun is at its highest point in the sky. We’ll also do related math- and game-based activities.
