Camps for Grades K-1 and 2-3
- Age exceptions are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please submit an inquiry to education@imaginecm.org to find the most appropriate fit for your camper.
- There will be a brief (10-minute) snack break built into each day. Campers must bring their own snack and eat only at designated times and places. Campers should also bring a water bottle.
- Camp will run Monday through Friday.
- All camps run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

For students who are at least 5 years old and currently enrolled in kindergarten or first grade.
Grades K-1: Space is the Place

3…2…1… We have liftoff! Join the team at Imagine Mission Control for a week of space exploration. Build a Mars rover, experiment with orbits, act out the life of a star, and search for life on other planets in this stellar camp that’s out of this world!

Grades 2-3: Marvelous Machines
April 6 – 10
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Put on your hard hats — it’s tinkering time! From simple machines to complex creations, campers will get hands-on with the engineering design process and discover how machines work all around us. Test pushes, pulls, and forces as you build, improve, and supercharge your designs. Creativity and science collide in this high-energy camp all about machines!

Grades 4–5:
Spring into Science Mini-Camps
Get ready to Spring into Science! These three mini-camps are made for curious 4th and 5th graders who love to ask “why?” and try things out. Each session explores a different science theme through hands-on experiments and challenges.

Grades 4-5: Art in Science
April 8
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Explore the amazing connection between art and science! Experiment with light and color, and create bold designs using symmetry and pattern. Then design an Alexander Calder–inspired mobile as you explore the forces behind moving art—balance, motion, and gravity—to bring your masterpiece to life.

Grades 4-5: Astronomy 101

What’s our galactic address? Get a cosmic introduction to astronomy and explore the world beyond the horizon. From our solar system to constellations far away, begin your journey into this ever-expanding field of science!

Bigfoot, Batsquatch, Colossal Claude — do you dare believe the stories? Investigate the history and folklore behind some of the Pacific Northwest’s most mysterious neighbors. Analyze the evidence using scientific principles, then decide for yourself… what do you believe?
