Fundraising Special Events Volunteer
Purpose | Contribute to the success of Imagine’s fundraising events in support of its programs and services, including those serving disadvantaged communities. |
Key Responsibilities | Assist with preparation and execution of special events. Examples of volunteer responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
Other responsibilities may be assigned based on volunteer’s interest, skills and availability. |
Location | Imagine Children’s Museum. |
Supervision | This position reports to the Development Director or Special Events Manager. |
Length of Assignment | As needed for fundraising events. |
Time Commitment | Preparation begins at least two weeks before each special event. On the day of the special event, we require a minimum of a 4-hour shift. |
Qualifications

Commitment to follow Museum safety guidelines; friendly and willing to engage with guests; willingness to take direction and follow instructions; light physical activity may be required, including standing for up to 4 hours, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs. |
