Grab & Go Support Volunteer


Purpose	Maintain a clean and tidy environment for our visitors, helping support the Grab & Go as an ongoing and important source of revenue for our nonprofit children’s museum.
Key Responsibilities	Wipe down tables and stools Sweep floors and wash windows Assist the Grab and Go staff as needed Take stools down from tables Put stools up on tables
Location	Third Floor Multipurpose Room.
Supervision	This position reports to the Grab & Go Manager or designated Grab & Go staff member.
Length of Assignment	An ongoing commitment of at least one day every week is required.
Time Commitment	Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays preferred Shift of 3 hours between 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Qualifications	Independent Friendly and enjoys being around the public – adults and children Attention to detail Patience with the public and challenging behaviors Physical requirements: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift items up to 10 pounds in a repetitive nature
